This veteran team would prefer we don’t note how long they’ve been racing! Laura, Adam, Logan and Wayne have tested their limits in a multi-day expedition race and today will rely on their team dynamic to focus on sustained, consistent performance. Their competitive drive will keep their focus sharp out on course. A veritable buffet of subs, pizza, PB & banana pitas will enable them to sustain their pace and focus. Night-time will bring thoughts of those at home who are watching between energy spent on route planning for the upcoming CP as well as attention paid to one another’s nutrition and hydration needs.
